At HUFS, all classes are only available on campus and all students should attend in person.  Â
Course transition to online format will be allowed only when an Application for Transition to Online Delivery Format is submitted and approved by the Dean of Academic Affairs in the following cases:
(After the course change period) Courses with over 60 students enrolled and actually attending; or
Courses deemed inevitably requiring a transition to an online delivery format because a substantial number of enrolling students are international students who cannot attend classes on campus due to certain circumstances.
If a course is transitioned to an online delivery format after being approved, each class should be conducted via a live-stream online delivery platform (e.g., WebEx, Zoom, or Google Meet) or using other real-time academic methods (e.g., lecturer-created video recordings, group activities, or Q&A sessions) for 50 minutes after the real-time electronic attendance check (via QR codes or other tools). Online classes will be conducted on the same date and time as the original schedule.
Graduate students can only register (offline) and make changes to their classes during the 2nd round of registration.

Classes are scheduled according to periods as shown to the right. Some classes will meet once per week, while others will meet twice or three times. It depends on the class, the number of credits per class, etc. There is always a 10-minute break between periods. On the class schedule, your courses will be presented like:
Mon 1, 2 (On Mondays, periods 1 and 2).
Mon, Wed, Fri 6 (On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during Period 6)
If you are a graduate student, there are some classes that are only available at night and are block classes which read as "1 2" or "3 4". These are classes held from 6:30pm (i.e., 1 2) until 8:00pm, and then 8:30 - 10:00pm (i.e., 3 4). Please do not confuse these with regular daytime undergraduate classes.
